1-2-3, The smart way to Saute Onions and Garlic

First, always start with a hot pan before you saute you onions. Second, once the pan is nearing a hot temperature, add olive oil and then add your onions (sliced or diced.) Third, you can add more vegetables to saute, but always add your diced garlic last. Otherwise, you may burn the garlic and cause a bitter taste to the rest of your recipe.
